Basic Botox Treatments

This course is designed for licensed nurses, doctors, and dentists who want to learn how to perform aesthetic injections with botulinum toxin to treat common areas such as the glabella (frown lines), forehead, and crow’s feet (wrinkles around the eyes).

Course Description

Course Content

  • Introduction to Botulinum Toxin:
    • Mechanism of action and medical use.
    • Safety, risks, and contraindications.
  • Anatomy and Area Knowledge:
    • Muscles of the face (frontalis, orbicularis oculi, and corrugator supercilii).
    • Risk zones and key anatomical structures to avoid.
  • Technique and Treatment:
    • Injection points and Botox amounts for each area:
      • Glabella: Frown lines between the eyebrows.
      • Forehead: Horizontal lines on the forehead.
      • Crow’s Feet: Lines around the eyes.
    • Technique for safe and even injection.
    • Individual adjustment of dosage and technique based on the patient’s anatomy.
  • Practical Training:
    • Hands-on training on models under the guidance of experienced trainers.
    • Practice in assessing and planning treatment for optimal aesthetic results.
  • Client Communication and Follow-up:
    • How to discuss patient expectations.
    • Managing complications and aftercare.

Course Goals

After completing the course, participants will be able to:
